  • Select Form Template
  • Fill Out Form and Assign to User
  • User can Fill Out Remaining Fields in Form During/After Work and Submit Completed Work Order
  • Ability to Create Bulk Work Orders for All "Full Service" Clients
    • In case of work to be performed at all locations
  • Admin Ability to view all Work Orders (Completed or Open)

Tasks


Tasks are designed to cut down on paperwork for routine jobs/maintenance that the crew or technician can perform without detailed instruction. Process:

  • Create Task Group
  • Create Name
  • Assign to User
  • Select Clients
  • Arrange Client List for Ideal Schedule Order
  • Select Day(s) of Week to Display on Assigned User Profile
  • Mark Active (or Unmark)
